in a survey (47 percent) say taking care of household
and family needs takes more than 10 hours a week. Many
women (62 percent) say they make one to two stops on an
average shopping trips, while 34 percent say they make
three to four stops. About one in two (55 percent) say
they could eliminate at least one shopping trip each
week if they could purchase multiple items all at one
store.
To help Las Vegas families slow down the hands of time,
Sears Grand is coming to the rescue.
The third Sears Grand pilot store celebrated its
"grand" opening in Las Vegas on Saturday, July
31. The store opened its doors earlier this week so
media and local dignitaries could get a sneak preview.

Kmart locations for conversion to Sears Grand stores.
Including the previously announced four Sears Grand
stores expected to open by the end of 2004, the company
expects to be operating 12-14 Sears Grands at the end of
2005.
